​Blissit Engineers contributed civil engineering design services to Distribution Center No. 2 within Cedar Port Industrial Park. The project involved designing a 496,000 square foot warehouse with expansion capabilities up to 900,000 square feet. Additionally, the grading and storm sewer systems were designed to accommodate the needs of future tenants, offering flexibility in layout and usage. This design versatility allows for the accommodation of various tenant types, including cross-dock and rail-served tenants, providing the owner with optimal flexibility in marketing the building.
