Blissit Engineers provided civil engineering design services for Distribution Center No. 3 within Cedar Port Industrial Park.  The 150,000 square foot warehouse was designed to allow for expansion up to 663,000 square feet.  In addition, the grading and storm sewer were designed to allow for the flexibility of future tenants.  The design allows for a cross dock tenant or a rail served tenant giving the owner the most flexibility when marketing the building. 

Cedar Port Industrial Park is the largest Master Planned Rail and Barge Served Industrial Park in the U.S.  The park comprises of approximately 15,000 acres.
