Blissit Engineers, based in Houston, Texas, provided civil engineering design services for Distribution Center No. 4 within Cedar Port Industrial Park. 

The 1.2 million square foot warehouse was designed for cross dock use.  The design allowed for minimal storm sewer during the first phase of construction.  Depending on the future tenants needs the site can more than double its amount of trailer spaces.  The initial phase used drainage swales for storm sewer runoff.  The site was designed with the potential future storm sewer in mind. 

Cedar Port Industrial Park is the largest Master Planned Rail and Barge Served Industrial Park in the U.S.  The park comprises of approximately 15,000 acres.
