Blissit Engineers spearheaded the civil engineering for the Tosaf project, spanning approximately 22 acres, with the initial phase covering eight acres. Our focus was on designing civil improvements for a 103,000 square foot warehouse, strategically positioning the building with future expansion in mind.

 

Our comprehensive design included planning for storm sewer systems to ensure effective water management on-site. Additionally, our forward-thinking approach considered the potential for rail service, aligning with the ultimate build-out vision of four total buildings
